Refund policy
Non-personalised items can be exchanged for a different size or returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
As our products are made to order, we do not accept refunds unless faulty. If there are any issues with your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving it; we will be happy to help. The window for exchange or refund is 14 days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at bextrabuddies@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
