Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 1-4 working days, then shipping times will be added to this. Customised items have a longer processing time and will depend on when we receive all the relevant information to complete your order.

 

Shipping

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard (2-3 days approx)

Ugrades available:

1st class (1-2 days approx)

Tracked24 (1-2 days with full tracking)​

Please check your details. We are not responsible for shipping information you enter incorrectly. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination. If it is sent back to us we can reschedule the shipping, however, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage cost to send it again.

Bextra Buddies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or delays. These issues will be dealt with through the delivery provider, Royal Mail.
